LNC Canine Club Ltd is a UK-based premium dog walking, training, pet care and licensed home boarding service operating in Harrow, Hillingdon, Chorleywood and surrounding areas.

9. CCTV, Body Cameras, Dash Cameras & GPS Tracking

We use monitoring technologies for safeguarding, safety and legitimate business protection.

9.1 Purpose

Monitoring may be used to safeguard dogs, protect staff, monitor vehicles, verify service delivery, and meet insurance or licensing requirements.

9.2 Systems in Use

We may operate fixed CCTV, vehicle dash cameras, body-worn cameras, vehicle GPS tracking, and GPS dog trackers (Tractive). Systems are active only during operational periods.

9.3 Lawful Basis

Processing is based on legitimate interests, contractual necessity, and legal obligation.

9.4 Audio Recording

Audio recording may occur where proportionate. Continuous audio surveillance is not routinely conducted.

9.5 Data Retention

CCTV/dashcam footage is typically retained up to 30 days. GPS logs are retained in line with service records. Access is restricted to authorised personnel.

9.6 Sharing Surveillance Data

Data may be shared with law enforcement, insurance providers, or regulatory authorities. Surveillance data is never used for marketing.

10. Third-Party Service Providers

We use trusted providers including Time To Pet, Calendly, ManyChat, Flodesk, Intuit QuickBooks, and Tractive. We may also share data with veterinary practices, insurance providers, HMRC, and local authorities. We do not sell personal data.

10A. WhatsApp & Community Group Communications

Participation in WhatsApp groups or broadcast lists is voluntary. By participating, you acknowledge your name and number may be visible to other members. You may request removal at any time.

  • Financial records: 6 years (HMRC requirement)
  • Marketing data: until consent withdrawn
  • Surveillance data: typically 30 days unless required longer
